Dr. Pennington was the church planter and currently is the pastor of Chicagoland Community Church, a church planting church on the north side of center city Chicago (Near Wrigley Field). Rev. Draper has worked with church planters and refugees in the suburban setting west of Chicago for over 30 years, including serving both as a denominational leader and an effective consultant practitioner.
